The app status updates skip stages which is a bit odd because their services are so great! Maybe it was a bug on my first transaction. But the biggest issue is that payments do not go through on the app even though my card just keeps getting charged but it doesn’t reflect in their system so I ended up paying 3X for my order lol and now need to go in circles with my bank for this.

The cleaning service and timelines though are brilliant, just avoid paying on the app.

I’m not reviewing the app’s usability or UI, but rather their service—and it’s been disappointing, particularly in post-delivery customer management. Pickup: On Time Delivery: On Time Updates: Good My blazer and trousers were returned in a packed condition. Upon inspecting them two days later while packing my suit, I noticed a broken button on the blazer, likely damaged during the cleaning process. When I reported this to their helpline, the response was extremely unhelpful. Not only did the representative refuse to acknowledge the issue, but they also insisted they couldn’t do anything since the complaint was made two days later. They claimed any defect would have been identified and reported by their team, which I find doubtful. To make matters worse, my trousers were not cleaned properly either. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just an acknowledgment of the possibility of an error on their end. Unfortunately, this was met with denial and inefficiency. I cannot recommend their service due to their poor complaint management.

I've been utilizing Fabrico's laundry and dry cleaning service for the last six months. Despite their efforts to position themselves as superior in the market, my experience reveals otherwise. They lack a quality-check process and have inadequate customer support. In November 2023, I submitted 20 valuable pieces for dry cleaning, assuming they would follow their standard procedure of notifying customers about damaged items before servicing. However, all my clothes were returned, and upon inspection, I discovered 2-3 garments were damaged, including a recently purchased Van Heusen T-shirt. Despite reaching out to their customer care for over three weeks, I have received no response. This unexpected lapse in service contradicts Fabrico's claim of being a world-class brand, and in my opinion, their services don't justify the high cost. I would caution others to steer clear of this company, as it appears to operate more like a road side operator than a reputable one.
